Import List with Barcode Settings
With batch processing technique in barcode settings you can import barcode list from Excel or Text file format. DRPU Barcode Software provides facility to generate barcode list with different Barcode value, you can also create barcode header and footer list using Sequential series, Constant Value series and Random series.
DRPU Barcode Software with advanced batch processing feature allows you to design and print bulk number of barcodes.

Below we have explained step by step procedure to Import barcode value list from Excel or text file with batch processing (Barcode settings).
Import Excel File
If you need to import created list, saved in Excel file format.
Click on “Import Excel File” icon from the toolbar. A Select File dialog box will pop up, then browse the location where your excel file is stored as shown in the above screenshot. Select the saved excel file and click on “Open” button to proceed further.
Now you have an option to select Excel sheet, select columns, or check Create List Options (Create Barcode Value, Header, Footer, and Print Quantity List) as per requirement. You also have an option to check and uncheck Remove Empty Rows and Empty Columns.
Import Text File
If you want to Import generated barcode list, saved in Text file format.
Click on “Import Text File” icon from toolbar. A Select text file dialog box will appear on the window, then browse the location where your text file is stored as shown in the above screenshot. Select the Text file, then click on the “Open” button to proceed.
Choose Create List Option to import details from the text file, then click on “OK” button to import list into your DRPU Barcode Software.
Note : Create list option provides facility that which list you want to import from text file like Barcode value list, barcode header list, barcode footer list and barcode print quantity list.
