Now we are discussing about how to Export Created list in Excel File format with batch processing from barcode settings.

Export List with Barcode Settings Procedure

➨ Export Excel File: After creating list of barcodes using batch processing (Barcode settings), you can export details in excel file format.

Export File Option

Click on “Export” icon from toolbar and a Save As dialog box will appear on the screen as shown in the above screenshot. Select the disk location where you want to save your created barcode list as an excel file, enter file name (e.g, Product Detail) then click on “Save” button.

Now your excel file is saved on your disk. Above screenshot shows saved Excel file with Barcode value, Barcode Header, Barcode Footer and Print Quantity.

Print Settings: By clicking on Print icon from tool bar, Print window will be appear as shown below. Choose either predefined label stock or the manual printing mode to print barcodes. In Pre-Defined Label Stock mode, select Label Product and Product Number. In Manual mode, change print settings like Microsoft Print to PDF, Microsoft XPS Document Writer, page orientation, and size. With Manual Print Mode, you have to manually adjust page properties using Edit button, margins between labels and select printer then click on Print option to start printing.
