Design Barcode Label: First, design barcode label according to your industry need using any of the following methods:

DRPU Barcode Software has two different print modes (Pre Define Label Stock or Manual).

Pre Define Label Stock Print Mode

Barcode designer software provides Provide advanced print mod, Pre Define Label Stock and Manual to print multiple copies of barcode labels easily. User can easily print the designed barcodes properly on the required Label sheet with predefined settings. After designing barcode label, click on barcode icon from toolbar option and choose Pre Define Print mode. You can see that barcode is exceeding the dimension of pre define label space due to which footer is not appeared.

Below we have discussed step by step procedural screenshots about how to print designed barcode with Pre Define Label Stock Print Mode using DRPU Barcode Software.

➨ Pre Define Label Stock Print Settings

Click on print icon from standard tools, following print window will be appear.

Select the Pre Define Label Stock Print Mode and Choose Label Product (e.g Avery A4) as per your choice. Choose the Product Number which fits your label requirement. (In the above screenshot, we choose 32036 product number for demonstration).

Select Printer: Choose the Printer accordingly to print your designed barcode labels. (Here we choose HP LaserJet CP 1025 for demonstration). Once you set all printing settings according to your requirement, click on “Print” button to start the actual printing process.

Reset Barcode Height and Margins: You can change the orientation of your barcode. In the size option, you can adjust bar height density, header margin, footer margin, and other margin settings. You need to reset Bar Height along with various margins like value margin, header and footer margin, so that it appears perfectly on Predefine Label Space.

Barcode after resizing: Now, a designed barcode can be printed properly on the required sheet with predefined settings and by selecting the custom option, change the label dimension according to your sheet. A just number of rows column. And set margin of your sheet.
