In a total of 74 modules, the symbology represents a total of 46 bars and spaces. The first number serves as a flag to show if the barcode is a component of a composite barcode, while the next 13 digits make up the data characters. At least 10 modules make up the height. With this barcode technology, a quiet zone is not necessary.
Two data characters are present; each is 26 modules broad and has seven bars and seven spaces. They are separated by an 18-module check character that likewise has seven bars and seven spaces.
Designing Procedure
Design Databar Limited 2D barcode font using Barcode Designing View of DRPU Software. You can also choose Barcode Settings option to design desired barcode font. To insert barcode on your label, go to toolbar and click on barcode icon. Double click on inserted barcode to open its properties window.
➨ Select Barcode Technologies and Type: Select barcode type (2D barcode) and Font (Databar Limited Barcode font). Enter barcode value, header and footer etc. as per need. You can also hide barcode header, footer and value as shown in above screenshot.
➨ Set Margins: Set bar height, X dimension and margins (including left and right margin, top and bottom margin, barcode value Margin, barcode header and footer margin) using Size tab.
➨ Specify Barcode Label Shape and Size: You can adjust label shape, label size (height and width) and border etc. from card properties.
Barcode Printing process
If you want to print designed barcode, click on Print icon and select printing modes (Pre Define Label Stock Mode or Manual Mode) as per need.
➨Manual Print Settings: Manual Print Mode, provide facility to adjust page properties (paper, orientation, height, width etc.), margin between labels, printer etc. manually.Note: To change page properties, go to Edit button of print profile.
➨ Barcode Thermal Printer Process: You can print designed Databar Limited 2D barcode Font with the help of Thermal Printer by connecting it to your system. Software can support all types of thermal printers.
➨ Pre Define Label Stock Print Settings: Choose Pre Define Label Stock printing mode to print your designed Databar Limited barcode font.
Pre Define Label Stock Print Mode, provide different label product (Like Avery A4, Ace Label, A-ONE, Hisago etc.). Choose your label product and label number and set other print options then click on “Print” button.
