USPS Sack Label Barcode Font is used by United States Postal Services. USPS Sack Label is a linear barcode font that is used by the USPS for the labeling of postal sacks, automation rate mailings, periodicals, and standard mail (letter size and flat size pieces). This barcode is also known as the USPS 25 Sack Label and it is the same as the Interleaved 2 of 5 barcodes, which encodes 8 digits, i.e., a 5-digit Zip Code and a 3-digit content identifier number.
USPS sack label barcode represents the following information, such as the 5-digit ZIP Code destination of the sack and the 3-digit content identifier number that applies to the content of the sack. This one-dimensional barcoding system contains the ZIP code of the receiver and a Content Identifier Number. The USPS sack label barcode has a maximum length of 0.980 inches. For demonstration purpose, we are using Barcode designing view to create USPS sack label barcode font sample. Go to toolbar (drawing tools) and click on barcode icon to insert it on card label. Double click on inserted barcode to open its property window.
Barcode Technologies and Font Type Selection: Design your barcode label by selecting barcode technology (Linear or 2D) and font type. Set barcode value with optional header, footer and other values.

Go to card properties to set card shape, card name & size, border etc.
Once you designed your barcode label, you can print your barcode using inbuilt print settings. DRPU Barcode Software provides two printing Mode – Pre Define Label Stock or Manual mode.
Print Settings using Manual Mode : In manual mode of printing, you have to set margins between labels, page properties(using Edit button) and print options manually.
If you want to choose pre defined print settings of various label products, go to Pre Define Label Stock mode of printing. Print Settings using Pre Define Label Stock Mode : Pre Define Label Stock mode of printing, helps user to fetch already define settings on the basis of selected Label Product and Product number. Specify printer and click Print button to proceed.
